European Project References

Some of the European projects we have recently conducted:

• Coordination and Set up of FP7 European Projects: ACCORDANCE, OASE (Call4), Diconet (Call1), CHORUS and CHORUS+
• Partner of projects in ICT: I-Search (Call 4, FP7), MOBITHIN ( Call1, FP7) BREAD (« Broadband For All » coordination), BROADWAN (Wireless Access Network) MediaNet (audiovisual network); projects on scalable video coding and mobile TV
• Set-up in the 6th Framework Program of Europeans Projects (Kaleidoscope, Emep,…) for CNRS (success rate of 100 %)
• Reports, audits and evaluations for the European Commission (EC)

JCP-Consult also has significant experience in the organisation and set-up of Conferences and Workshops:

Set up of Conferences:

• Co-organised 3 Broadband Europe events in the BREAD project, including many dedicated sessions on cable, satellite and audiovisual transport. (Brugge - Belgium 2004, Bordeaux - France 2005, Geneva - Switzerland 2006).
• Organization of the The Chorus Conference on National Initiatives with the Support of the European Commission held in Geneva, Switzerland on 10th of October 2007.
• Organisation of the CHORUS FINAL CONFERENCE held in Brussels on May 26th and 27th, 2009.

Set up of Workshops:

• Organised numerous workshops on IMS and mobile TV during the Mobile Summit, Mykonos, 8th June 2006. Also organised the Euro-China workshop on Mobile TV in Rennes and Beijing, and the CHORUS workshop on Multimedia Content Search at Rocquencourt, Paris (March 2007).
