• JCP Consult coordinating 2 new FP7 Call 1 ICT Projects : DICONET and Mobithin.  These are 2 STREPs which have successfully passed Call 1 of FP7. The projects will start in January 2008 and will run for a duration of 30 months.

• Netlab has received the CELTIC labelisation.  The Netlab project who's objective is to set up an interconncected testbed in Europe, based on IMS has recently sucessfully passed the CELTIC evalutation. The project set-up was supported by JCP-Consult.
  
• The CHORUS Workshop on National Initiatives on Multimedia Content Description and Retrieval was held in Geneva on 10th October 2007, bringing together national initiatives from Europe in the area of audio-visual content processing, indexing and searching for the next generation Internet using semantic technologies.
  
• JCP-Consult is the coordinator of a European Co-oprdination Action entitled CHORUS which aims at creating the conditions of mutual information and cross fertilisation between the European projects dealing with Multimedia Content Search Engines.
  
• On February 21st, 2007, JCP-Consult moved to its new offices   (see our contact page)
